Tre’ Cher Gems was founded in January 2009 by Marlene Petersen of Sandpoint, Idaho. Marlene has more than 30 years experience in retail applications and her varied interests include fine jewelry, art, gemstones, fossils and minerals. Return Policy
Our Return Policy is 7 days and jewelry must be in new condition (unaltered) in original box for a full refund of purchase price less a 20% restock fee. Customer is responsible for return postage. All returns will be inspected prior to refund and at the discretion of Tre’ Cher Gems any piece showing wear or alteration will be subject to additional surcharges. Special Order and Custom Design Pieces are Non-Refundable.
